The Costello's rock and have led the way for many years cooking. And while they direct the show, the party has grown into an event that calls for a group effort to function. We serve family-style meals all through the official party dates. Extra hands on deck are needed and loved!!!

Volunteers are needed for breakfast meals. These typically are some sort-of breakfast casserole but we are open to all ideas. Cos and Jen have all the tips and tricks to share they just need help cooking/serving/cleaning.

Lunch, snacks, and drinks are on your own!

Volunteers are needed for dinner meals. In the past, we've eaten pretty damn good lucking out on homemade lasagnas, pasta, donated prime rib and rockfish. But really you put food in front of us food, we'll eat it!

Volunteers to lead & or assist in making meals needed! Don't forget to help clean-up!

Cos and Jen have a full kitchen set up, sink and all, as well as 2 cookers, stoves, & 1 catering size grill for the job on-site! Hinshelwood has a smoker that he keeps working all weekend.

All help and donations are greatly appreciated -- we believe family style is the best style, you allow us to keep this going! The goal is to create an environment no one is doing it all. Food is not free -- please make a $ donation to Cos for your meals.
