Who

It started in the summer of 1979, a lake weekend july 4th celebration with the VMI '81 brother rats. Since then we have progressed to girlfriends, dogs, wives, kids, and friends of all kinds. In 2019, we had over 150 people show for the 40th reunion. Come whenever with whoever, we're looking forward to seeing ya!

You are welcome to come as early as you would

like and stay as long as you please! Last year many came 3-4 days early. Early birds tend to eat real good! (and go into town for calzones and NY style pizza one night too)

place to sleep...

[this can be a tent, pop-up camper, RV, hammock, etc]

We have electricity including 9 hookups, ice machine [makes 500 lbs a day], air compressor, and bathhouse [his and hers with showers, we call it the ski shack] on site. We also welcome taking a bath in the lake if your feeling it, shes clean we promise.

food...

During the official party, we got your breakfast, dinner, and dessert covered... you got everything else [including drinks, bring the beer, we got the ice]... please see food page to see how this works! At the end of the party, we will be accepting donations to cover the costs -- contributions expected.

the fun stuff...

Dogs are encouraged! We welcome all toys! jet skis, boats, motorcycles, dirt bikes, floats, and games are great! (Dogs gather in the ski shack for fireworks)

Who needs it? Just kidding. Verizon has great coverage now, I think most services get at least something. If you don't have service at camp we'll take you up the hill on the property to get some.
